My population & Specialities
I work with many individuals and concerns; however, my practice is centered around four key specialty areas. Please review the sections below to learn more about my clinical focus and the age ranges I serve.
My Specialties
Elite Athletes & High Performers
Athletes often face intense pressure, performance anxiety, burnout, injuries, and identity struggles that can impact their mental health. Therapy offers a supportive space to process these challenges, build healthy coping skills, manage stress, and separate self worth from performance, helping athletes strengthen their mental and emotional well being both in sport and in life.
All forms of Abuse & Trauma
Love should never hurt. Domestic violence and intimate partner violence can take many forms, including verbal, emotional, spiritual, physical, and sexual abuse, and the impact can last long after the abuse ends. Whether you are currently in an abusive relationship, healing after leaving one, or navigating the lasting effects of trauma, support is available. Therapy can also help individuals coping with trauma unrelated to abuse, such as car accidents and more. You do not have to face trauma alone. Compassionate, trauma informed therapy can help you reclaim safety, strength, and hope.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can be some of the most challenging seasons of life. Grief, starting a new job, relocating to a new city, graduating college or leaving for college, entering a new relationship, navigating toxic dynamics, or ending a relationship, etc. can all create emotional overwhelm. These transitions often bring stress, anxiety, confusion, analysis paralysis, and mixed emotions. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions by providing supportive, grounding therapy that fosters clarity, emotional regulation, and resilience, so you can adjust with confidence and move forward feeling more secure and aligned.
Substance & Alcohol Abuse
Substance use and addiction can impact every area of life, often leaving individuals feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Whether you are struggling with substance use, in recovery, experiencing relapse concerns, or supporting lasting sobriety, therapy provides a nonjudgmental space for healing. I work with individuals facing addiction to address underlying emotional pain, trauma, stress, and patterns that fuel substance use, while building healthy coping skills, accountability, and sustainable recovery. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate this journey alone.
