My Specialties

01.

Trauma can leave you feeling trapped in cycles of fear, anxiety, and painful memories long after the experience has ended. Through trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and bottom-up, body-based interventions, I provide a safe space to process what you’ve experienced, reduce the hold trauma has on your daily lifeallowing you to move toward healing, peace, and freedom from the patterns that no longer serve you.

02.

Love isn't supposed to hurt, control, or keep you bound in fear. You don't have to navigate the muddy waters of love, abuse, and toxic relationships alone. I help individuals recognize the cycle of abuse, understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and begin breaking free from the chains of abuse, whether physical, emotional, mental, verbal, spiritual, financial, or sexual. Through healing, empowerment, and education, you can reconnect with your voice, your worth, and your ability to make choices for your life.

03.

Whether you're a high school, collegiate, or professional athlete navigating performance pressure, academics, competition, injury, confidence, or life outside of sport, or a former athlete trying to rediscover who you are beyond your athletic identity, you don't have to navigate it alone. I also work with high performers facing perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to always be “the best.” I've been in those trenches, and I understand the muddy waters that come with a life centered around performance. I'm here to help you navigate them while discovering that your worth extends far beyond what you accomplish.

04.

Substance use can impact relationships, emotional wellbeing, work, identity, and overall quality of life. Therapy provides a supportive, judgment-free space to explore the underlying factors contributing to substance use, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen motivation for change, and build sustainable patterns for recovery. Treatment is individualized to each client's goals, whether you are working toward sobriety, reducing harmful patterns, maintaining recovery, or navigating the impact of substance use on your life and relationships.

05.

Life is filled with transitions like having a baby, blending a family, going through a divorce, navigating grief, leaving for college, starting a new job or career, moving to a new state, entering a new relationship, or simply beginning a new chapter of life.

Sometimes, these changes happen so quickly that you barely have time to process what is happening before you're expected to adjust to what comes next. You may find yourself wondering, “Where do I even start?”

I can provide a space for you to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and process the emotions that come with change. Together, we can work through the uncertainty, grief, excitement, stress, or even conflicting emotions that can accompany a new season while helping you find your footing and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Whether this transition was something you chose, something you didn't expect, or something you never imagined you'd have to navigate, you don't have to figure out what comes next alone.

06.
