Emotional Support Animal Evaluations
I understand that an Emotional Support Animal can be a meaningful and beneficial support for an individual’s mental and emotional well being. For some, an ESA can provide comfort, stability, and emotional regulation as part of their overall mental health care. Please review below more about this service.
​I offer a full one hour psychological evaluation to determine eligibility for an Emotional Support Animal letter. This evaluation includes clinical assessments and structured questions related to the individual seeking an ESA, as well as relevant information regarding the animal. The purpose of this evaluation is to ensure that an ESA is clinically appropriate and aligns with ethical and professional standards.

The fee for the ESA evaluation and official letter is $165 per animal.
I offer Session Credits, which allow clients to start therapy right away while spreading the cost of sessions over time through a payment plan. To learn more about Session Credits, click the button below.
All required paperwork must be completed and payment must be submitted prior to the scheduled evaluation. Completion of the evaluation does not guarantee approval, as recommendations are based on clinical findings.
