Client Supplemental Therapy Support Tiers
These support tiers are designed to offer additional, consistent support outside of scheduled therapy sessions. They are not a replacement for psychotherapy; however, I recognize that full therapy sessions are not always needed or financially feasible during every season of life.

There may be seasons when you benefit from added support alongside regular sessions, seasons when therapy is temporarily unaffordable and a supportive alternative is needed to continue addressing mental health concerns, or seasons when you are doing well and do not require a full session but find reassurance in the ability to reach out for guidance, accountability, or brief support.
Please review the three tiers below and, if interested, identify which option best aligns with your current season and needs.

Tier 1: Basic Support - $30 weekly/ $60 biweekly/ $120 monthly
Communication Methods:
Text messages only
Support Provided:
- Accountability & check-ins
- Regulation & grounding
Response Time:
24–48 hours, as availability allows

Tier 2: Premium Support - $45 weekly/ $90 Biweekly/ $180 monthly
Communication Methods:
- Text messages
- Audio messages (client messages up to 5 min; therapist responses up to 5 min)
- Video messages (client messages up to 5 min; therapist responses up to 5 min)

Support Provided:
- Accountability & check-ins
- Emotional processing
- Regulation & grounding
- Relationship support

Response Time:
24–48 hours, as availability allows
Tier 3: Gold Support - $65 weekly/ $130 biweekly | $260 monthly
Communication Methods:
- Text messages
- Audio messages (client messages up to 10 min; therapist responses up to 10 min)
- Video messages (client messages up to 10 min; therapist responses up to 10 min)
- Phone calls up to 30 min per week (one 30-min or two 15-min calls)
