My services include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-informed modality similar to EMDR that helps address trauma, PTSD, performance anxiety, grief, addictions, and other deeply rooted challenges—allowing clients to break through what feels stuck and move toward lasting healing.

Asynchronous messaging therapy offers a flexible, supportive way to stay connected between sessions or during seasons when full therapy isn’t the right fit. These options provide encouragement, guidance, and reassurance when you need it most—whether you’re seeking added support, navigating a transition, or maintaining progress. While not a replacement for therapy sessions, messaging support allows care to meet you where you are.
